{"id":64141,"date":"2015-07-17T09:55:10","date_gmt":"2015-07-17T16:55:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev-clm-blog.pantheonsite.io\/?p=64141"},"modified":"2015-07-17T09:55:10","modified_gmt":"2015-07-17T16:55:10","slug":"mainely-salt-marshes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.clminternship.org\/?p=64141","title":{"rendered":"Mainely salt marshes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Over the past several weeks the New England CLM interns have been focusing on salt marshes and the species that grow there, especially the ubiquitous\u00a0<em>Spartina alterniflora, S. patens, J. gerardii,\u00a0<\/em>and <i>Distichlis spicata<\/i>. \u00a0However, at our latitude the phenology schedule lags a bit behind those of our colleagues further south, so it wasn&#8217;t until July 14th that we made our first collection;
